Expatriate Services

We offer a number of services to our expatriate clients all with the aim of ensuring that the transition from leaving their home country to beginning a new life in Spain is as smooth and stress free as possible. Issues such as importing a car or transferring Health Insurance from one EU member state to another can be difficult at the best of times let alone in a foreign language. At Poveda Hayes we meet the varying needs of the expatriate community and provide a clear and efficient service which will enable you to make the most of your life here in Spain.

Non-Resident Services

Not being able to open ones post for extended periods of time is an inherently risky practice. We therefore provide our clients with the optional service of directing their official post to us so that we can keep them abreast of property owners community meetings and resolutions or advise them of official letters from the authorities. Keeping the power on and the water connected at your Spanish home can be ensured as we can inform you as utility bills arrive. Bills, official letters and notices, and court documents for example can be sent to you through email or fax to ensure that you remain in full control of your affairs in Spain giving you peace of mind when you are at home.
